Terms and Conditions

1. First orders must be pre-paid.
2. Re-orders over $100.00 may be shipped C.O.D. certified funds.
3. Orders within the U.S. have no minimum. However, invoices below $100.00 will receive a $10.00 processing fee.
4. International Orders must meet a $100.00 minimum.
5. Refused or canceled orders are charged a 15% re-stocking fee.
6. Damaged, missing and/or incorrect products must be reported within 7 business days.
7. Changes to an invoice may be made if requested on the same day of order placement However, a $5.00 order correction fee will be incurred.
8. Due to the nature of our business returns will not be accepted as we can no longer vouch for the contents.
9. Prices are wholesale and subject to change without notice
10. Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
11. Freight charges are assessed at time of order shipment. Orders within the continental U.S. are shipped via U.P.S. All other regions are shipped either U.P.S. or U.S. Postal Service. To obtain freight charges prior to order placement you may generate an estimated amount by calculating 8 to 10% of the order total. For exact charges contact UPS directly at www.ups.com or the U.S. Postal Service at www.usps.com Please note that orders shipped in drum quantity are shipped by our private trucking carrier.
